I’m missing an item from my order, what do I do?

In the rare case your shipment is missing a part of your order, contact us the sooner possible to try to find a solution.

Delivery

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

Naxos Art is not responsibe for customs delay, lost, damaged or stolen packages that are not insured. If you wish we can insure your package with additional cost, let us know about that before or as soon as you make the purchase. Delivery times differ according to the destination. Usually it takes 2-4 days for deliveries in Greece, 7-10 days for Europe destinations and 8-15 days to all other international destinations. If your order has taken more than expected time to reach you, please let us know about it and we will check the shipping log of the item and try to figure out a solution.

Can I track the delivery of my order?

All orders are usually shipped by Hellenic Post with registered mail within 3 business days of payment being received. Tracking number of the order will be e-mailed to you as soon as the item is shipped. To track orders use the tracking number at: http://www.elta.gr/en-us/personal/tracktrace.aspx. For international deliveries you can also use the international tracking: https://trackitonline.org. In case you are interested in using another courier service, let us know before your purchase, so we can estimate the correct cost according to the destination.

 

Returns & Refunds

What is your International Returns Policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Naxosart. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 20 days after purchase. Returns accepted only if the items you wish to return are in the same condition as received. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, we only refund the items’ cost. Once we receive the items back and check their condition we will issue a refund within 20 days.

I’m an International customer. How do I return something to you?

Returns accepted only if the items you wish to return are in the same condition as received. Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, we will only refund the items’ cost paid. Please ship the item to Naxos Art – Techni, Old town, Naxos, 84300. Once we receive the items back and check their condition we will issue a refund within 20 days.

Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?

We do accept returns for an exchange of items instead of a refund for items with the same cost or more.
