Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfers and PayPal payments are accepted as well as cash on delivery for domestic orders.
Do I pay extra for cash on delivery?
If you choose Cash on delivery as a payment method, you will need to pay 3€ extra for the service.
Do I need an account on PayPal for this payment?
You don’t need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal, just a valid credit card.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. Always providing a tracking code for online tracing.
What shipping methods are available?
We collaborate with Hellenic Post for our international shipments and ELTA courier for domestic deliveries. Contact us if you wish other courier service such as DHL.
Usual delivery times
The usual delivery times for Europe is 5-8 days, for USA 2-3 weeks and for other International destinations 2-3 weeks.
Returns
I want to return my purchase, what do I do?
You can return your purchase within 30 days from purchase and the item/s should be in the condition received. Shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. The refund concerns the products’ cost only! Contact us before you ship back your order.
How long does it take to get my refund?
We will refund you the item/s cost within 10 days after we receive the product/s and inspect their condition.
Can I return a part of my order?
If you have purchased several items and you decide that you want to return some of that and not all of them, you can return the item/s you don’t want and you will get the proportional refund.
Can I return an altered product?
The product/s that have been altered to your liking, cannot be returned, as they were made just for you.
Product Alterations
I like a product but it doesn't match my dimensions, what can you do?
We can alter some of our products such as curtains. The alteration always depends on the design of the product. We can not for example alter or cut the elaborate designs of the lace or cutwork.
Will I need to pay for the alteration of a product?
The alteration of a product will cost you extra 8€ per item.
Shopping Basics
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order if the order hasn’t already shipped. You can contact us about changing something in your order or let us know if you wish to cancel it.
How can I get assistance if I need it?
You can always contact us via e-mail or give us a call during working hours 9:00-21:00.
Do you do custom orders?
If you need a custom order with specific characteristics or products, contact us to let you know if we can fulfill your request.
Do you sell wholesale?
We do wholesale for orders over 6 items per product code* and for a minimum order of 500€.
